Due to the highly specialized nature of motorsports components and the custom built process involved, all purchases of the 4.1 Lambda Race Engine are final.
Custom Built Product
Each engine is assembled to order using customer-selected specifications, performance targets, and application requirements. Production begins immediately after order confirmation and allocation of parts, machining time, and build resources.
No Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed. Build scheduling, parts procurement, and machine work are initiated immediately, and costs are incurred at the start of the project.
No Refunds
All sales are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Performance Use Disclaimer
This product is intended for off-road and competition use only. High-performance racing components operate under extreme conditions and carry inherent mechanical risk. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and accepts these risks.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
Ensuring proper installation by a qualified professional
Following all recommended break-in and maintenance procedures
Improper installation, tuning, fueling, cooling, lubrication, or misuse voids any applicable warranty coverage.
Agreement
Completion of purchase constitutes full agreement to this policy and all related terms and conditions.
